Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using BookFitPro, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Description of Service
BookFitPro is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that gives personal trainers ("Trainers") tools to manage their availability, accept bookings, and collect payments from clients ("Clients") directly via the Trainer's own connected Stripe account. BookFitPro provides the scheduling and business management software; Trainers are the merchant of record for all client transactions.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Notify us immediately at support@bookfitpro.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Trainer Accounts
Trainers must:
- Maintain an active paid subscription (after any applicable free trial) to accept bookings.
- Connect a Stripe account to receive payments from clients. Stripe's terms govern Stripe-related matters.
- Provide accurate availability and session information.
- Honor confirmed bookings or communicate with clients promptly regarding any changes.
5. Payments
Trainers connect their own Stripe account to BookFitPro to accept payments from clients. All client payments go directly to the Trainer's Stripe account. BookFitPro does not collect, hold, or take a percentage of any client payments. Stripe's standard processing fees apply and are governed by Stripe's terms of service.
BookFitPro charges Trainers a recurring subscription fee for access to the platform. Refund policies for training sessions are set by each Trainer and are their sole responsibility to communicate to clients before booking.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You may not:
- Use the platform for any illegal purpose.
- Attempt to circumvent payment processing through the platform.
- Misrepresent your identity, qualifications, or services.
- Abuse, harass, or threaten other users.
- Attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the platform.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our discretion with reasonable notice where possible. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.
8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
BookFitPro is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BookFitPro's liability for any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the amounts paid by you to BookFitPro in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or a notice on the platform. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
