- Payment information — payment details are collected and processed directly by Stripe. We do not store card numbers or bank account details.
We also collect limited technical data automatically, including your IP address (used for rate limiting and security) and anonymized usage analytics.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide, operate, and improve the BookFitPro platform.
- To send booking confirmations, reminders, and reschedule notifications by email.
- To send password reset emails and other account-related communications.
- To process payments and manage subscriptions.
- To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
3. Information Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with the following service providers necessary to operate the platform:
- Stripe — payment processing and trainer payout accounts. Stripe's privacy policy governs their handling of your data.
- Polar — subscription billing for trainer accounts.
- Cloudflare — infrastructure, hosting, email delivery, and DDoS protection.
Booking details (name, email, session time) are shared between the client and the trainer involved in a booking.
4. Data Retention
We retain account data for as long as your account is active. Booking records are retained for at least 3 years for financial and legal compliance. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data by contacting us, subject to any legal obligations to retain records.

6. Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure credential storage, and access controls. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
